Join us for a candlelit hour, all cosy and warm where I'll guide you through Yoga Nidra (conscious sleep). Nidra helps to release mental & physical tension, aids better sleep, calms stress, anxiety and depression, promotes better breathing and helps with concentration and focus.

About the Event
Nidra is a form of meditation, but unlike other meditations where clearing the mind can feel too hard of a task, this provides a set of instructions throughout to help you focus. In this guided hour we'll explore intention setting/affirmation, body scan/bodily awareness, focused attention and breath awareness.
This ticket is for one paying individual. One hour session of Yoga Nidra from 7-8pm.
