This event comprises many different classes such as: Stretch and Breathe, Pilates, Dance for fitness, Mindfulness & Mediatation and Gentle Yoga.  The day is relaxed yet invigourationg. It will finish with a journalling session and a relaxing meditation.  Lunch is included too!
