Gathered Branches - Spring clean your life

The last two years have been a time of reflection and evaluation, with many of us looking around at our

lives and asking the questions – Is this what I want from my life? Am I happy? Do I feel fulfilled?

If you answered no to any of these questions, then Gathered Branches is the space for you. Under

the guidance of trained counsellor and accredited life-coach, Judy Abramson, you’ll be supported

through a 6 week programme to help you find the answers you are looking for.

You’ll be gently guided to listen to your intuition resulting in actions and beliefs that will give you

confidence to live the life you were truly born for.

Each week will be themed around a different topic and include valuable, practical techniques and

strategies that you can take forward into everyday life. It’s not about throwing the baby out with the

bath water, throughout the process you’ll discover what you’d like to keep and what you’d like to

improve, to create the authentic you.

Topics will include boundaries, guilt and shame, people pleasing, self-love and how our thoughts

shape our lives, all delivered in a safe, supportive atmosphere with a small group of like-minded

women that understand the process you are going through.
