Gathered Branches - Bloom This Summer - 5 Week Course Starting 22nd June at 7.30pm

Gathered Branches - 'Bloom This Summer' - release what no longer serves you to make space for that which does. The last two years have been a time of reflection and evaluation, with many of us looking at our lives and asking the questions  - Is this what I want from my life? Am I happy? Do I feel fulfilled? If you answered no to any of these questions then Gathered Branches is the space for you.

Under the guidance of trained counsellor and accredited life coach Judy Abramson, you'll be supported through an 8 week programme to help you find the answers you are looking for. 

You'll be gently guided to listen to your intuition resulting in actions and beliefs that will give you confidence to live the life you were truly born for.

Each will be themed around a different topic and include valuable, practical techniques and strategies that you can take forward into every day life. It's not about throwing the baby out with the bath water, throughout the process you'll discover what you'd like to improve, to create the authentic you. 

Topics will include boundaries, guilt and shame, people pleasing, self-love and how our thoughts shape our lives, all delivered in a safe, supportive atmosphere with a small group of like-minded womenn that understand the process you are going through.

This course will run on a Wednesday evening from 7.30pm-9.30pm, starting on the 8th June and will run for 8 weeks.
