RESTORATIVE/YIN YOGA & MEDITATION

Wednesday 5:30pm-6.45pm

A beautiful class by Satori Yoga.  Restorative Yoga is an opportunity for those who find it hard to slow down. In this class we hold postures for longer periods of time allowing us to open up through our joints and enable us to ce tre our breath to body to heal and nuturing for the body from the inside out.
We will work through Sun Salutations to warm our bodies up and then slow it down as we deepen our practise with postures, breath, and relaxation.
The class will close with a short meditation practise.


This class is suitable for all levels and will allow those curious about meditation to gain a feel for the practise.

Pilates by Chloe Elizabeth (CEDC). This class is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
